A day at FLOW revolves around real-world challenges. Children know why they're learning and put it straight into practice. Morning circle, 90-minute blocks, two adults in every classroom. No bells, no rush.

What a day at FLOW looks like.
A firm structure and a calm rhythm. Every block intentionally builds a specific skill.
8:15Tuning in
Morning circle
Tuning in together, the day's plan, sharing "what went well / what's on my mind" and one small personal goal. Every child gets space to be heard before lessons begin.
8:30–10:00Block 1
90 minutes of focused work
Direct teaching, quieter work and deep focus, guided by the task and each child's needs. There are always two adults with the children: the teacher and an assistant or an English teacher.
10:00–10:30Break
Snack and reset
A quiet break with a snack. Children get space to step out of their work, connect socially, and return to learning with fresh energy.
10:30–12:00Block 2
Second 90-minute block
Continuing projects or new subject content (maths, Czech, English, projects). Same structure: unhurried, individual pace, mindful support.
12:00–13:00Lunch
Lunch together
A calm shared meal in our own dining room. Meals come from an outside provider of quality food, with dietary options covered. Free time follows: outdoors, in play, or in the quiet zone.
13:00–14:30Block 3
Afternoon block
Closing the teaching day: projects, presentations, reflection on the day. Children evaluate their work and share outcomes with each other. Restorative conversations if there was a conflict.
15:00–17:00End of the day
After-school club or activities
Free time or interest activities: sports, music, art, languages. A calm setting with space for play and rest. After-school club is available to every family; activities are by choice.

Programming from grade 1 (Scratch → Python), robotics, 3D modelling, "AI for kids". ICT specialists plan alongside teachers, technology supports thinking.

Morning circle, quiet corners, restorative conversations. An in-house special-needs teacher. Two adults in every classroom. Wellbeing as the rhythm of the day, not an extra subject.
